Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders in the UK.

Please contact info@flossylabs.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to update your address.
If your parcel is undeliverable or returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information, we may contact you. Your order may be refunded once it is returned, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

All shipping timeframes operate in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your delivery exceeds the timeframe, contact the courier directly using the tracking link provided. Your parcel could also be awaiting collection at your local post office.
